Payment Options
All (IT) computer support is C.O.D. in other words, you will be charged on-site
and be expected to pay the standard call-out fee (See Service and
Consulting Fees below) plus
the cost of replacement parts or software if required, on invoice.
Not all work can be carried out on-site, if we cannot repair your system
on-site we will have to repair the system in-house (at our office in
Hornsby).
Bank guaranteed cheque or cash only.

Setup, repair and troubleshooting of SOHO networks and computers
Re-configuration of computers
Installation of software and hardware
Combat of virus attacks and cleaning of infected computers
Data recovery
IT consulting - regarding upgrading, your solution requirements
Service Fees:
R175 / hour (excludes software or parts)
Minimum of 1 hour per visit
1/4 hour increments thereafter
PLUS travel charges (if any - see your
Service Radius below)
On-site service agreement
You may find our on-site service agreement of benefit, if you require 2 business hour response / 24 hour resolution.
This service will give you access to technician on stand by to visit your site and resolve any computer
problems you may encounter.
